Ingredients
2tubes refrigerated crescent roll doughI used the flaky kind
16fully cooked sausage links
2cupsshredded cheeseI used sharp cheddar
5eggs
1 ½cupshalf n halfyou can use milk or some milk and some cream or whatever you have
a sprinkle of onion powder
a sprinkle of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Pop open and unroll the 2 cans of crescent rolls and separate them into 16 triangles.
Place one cooked sausage link on the wide side of each croissant and roll it up. Place them side by side into the baking dish.
Top the crescent rolls with desired amount of shredded cheese.
In a bowl combine the 5 eggs, half n half (or whatever you are using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Whisk to combine and pour mixture over the crescent rolls and cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the egg mixture is completely set and croissants are golden brown.
